  • Active snow and ice clearing.

And yes - it’s the best looking hardboot binding ever made.

Features

stack height

  • An ultra-low platform (12mm) keeps you closer to the deck for precision board feel and lightning-fast edge-to-edge response.

  • More stability. More confidence. More control - especially on hardpack and variable snow.

Active fixation

  • Our active fixation system pulls the splitskis together and locks the binding down for a fused, bombproof interface.

  • Zero slop. Zero play. Just razor-sharp initiation every single turn.

  • Plus - a glove-friendly latch for a fast, secure lock in any condition.

Damping and canting

  • Our hybrid canting blocks pair an ultralight aluminum frame for instant power transfer with TPU rubber that crushes chatter and kills unwanted vibration.

  • 3° of knee-friendly canting = smoother riding, less leg burn, and more control when the snow turns chaotic.

  • TPU rubber also provides additional lateral flex for hardbooters.

Puck system

Every Ace binding comes with our proprietary QSW Puck System:

  • One turn screws the binding downwards - fusing the binding with the board

  • As the binding turns, the splitskis are mechanically cammed together

  • Automatic snow-clearing channels

Tech Toe Compatibility

For maximum stance width flexibility, a low-profile tech toe piece is recommended when pairing The Ace with an uphill touring setup. Low-profile options such as Grizzly Ski or Spark R&D / ATK tech toes provide the greatest clearance. If using a larger tech toe piece (e.g., Dynafit-style), QSW Tech Toe Adapter Plates are recommended to preserve adjustment range and optimal stance positioning.
