Queen Snow Works offers a limited 1-year warranty on all binding components, effective from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers full replacement of broken parts resulting from normal wear and tear under standard use conditions.
Coverage Includes:
- Broken or non-functional parts due to material fatigue or standard usage
- Replacement parts shipped within 7 business days of claim approval
- Domestic shipping included; international shipping subject to additional fees
Exclusions:
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, or impact
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, fading, discoloration)
- Loss or theft of components
Severity Determination:
All warranty claims are subject to evaluation by Queen Snow Works. In cases where damage is borderline or potentially severe, our team will assess the nature of the failure and determine eligibility for replacement. Decisions are made based on product history, usage context, and visual inspection.

To file a claim under our 1-year limited warranty:
- Check Eligibility: Make sure your binding was purchased within the last year and the damage is from normal wear and tear—not from impact, misuse, or modification.

Queen Snow Works maintains the highest standards of build quality and craftsmanship. Each binding is engineered with precision and tested for durability to support riders in demanding mountain environments. However, snowboarding and splitboarding are inherently hazardous activities, and the outdoors are unpredictable. Terrain, weather, and rider behavior can lead to accidents that no equipment can fully prevent.
By purchasing and using Queen Snow Works bindings, the user acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with these activities. Queen Snow Works shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, or property damage resulting from the use, misuse, or failure of its products, except as required by applicable law.
This disclaimer applies in conjunction with our Limited Warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship but excludes damage caused by impact, modification, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Queen Snow Works reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility in severe or borderline cases.
