QSW Shipping Policy

Queen SNOWWORKS currently ships orders primarily through USPS. Other carriers may be used when appropriate.

Order Processing

  • In-stock orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Preorder, made-to-order, or limited-run products may have longer lead times.

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout when available.

  • Rates may vary based on package size, weight, destination, and selected shipping service.

  • Wholesale, dealer, or oversized orders may require a custom shipping quote.

Domestic Shipping

  • QSW currently prioritizes shipping within the United States.

  • Available shipping options may include USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or other USPS services.

  • Expedited shipping may be available depending on product availability and checkout options.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is not guaranteed at this time.

  • Customers outside the United States should contact QSW before ordering.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges.

Tracking

  • Tracking will be sent once the order ships.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

  • QSW is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, or delivery issues outside of QSW’s control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact QSW with:

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Shipping address

  • Photos of damaged packaging or product, if applicable

QSW will review the issue and assist with the carrier claim process when possible.

Preorders and Limited Runs

Some QSW products may be sold as preorders, early-access drops, or limited production runs.

  • Estimated ship dates will be listed when available.

  • Ship dates may change due to production, testing, material availability, or fulfillment timing.

  • If a major delay occurs, QSW will provide an update.
