QSW WARRANTY

Queen SNOWWORKS bindings are designed and built by a team of engineers, with durability and long-term performance as primary design requirements. Every binding is CNC-machined from high-grade 6000-series aluminum and developed using finite element analysis (FEA), controlled laboratory testing, and real-world field validation. Structural components are evaluated through break testing on professional mechanical test equipment to verify load paths, safety margins, and failure modes before reaching production.

Our engineering focus targets real failure modes: ice buildup, connection methods loosening with wear, field serviceability using a single tool, and structural geometries designed to retain stiffness over time. The result is a binding that maintains its rigidity and interface integrity through seasons of use, without developing play or unwanted movement underfoot.

Lifetime Coverage on Structural Components

Queen SNOWWORKS is proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all primary structural aluminum components, including:

  • Binding frames

  • Canting pads

  • Buffer plates

If any of these components fail due to defects in materials or workmanship during normal riding use, Queen SNOWWORKS will repair or replace the component at its discretion.

If applicable, tech-toe mounting plates sold by Queen SNOWWORKS may also carry lifetime coverage, which will be clearly specified on the individual product page.

Limited Warranty on Other Components

Queen SNOWWORKS warrants its binding products, including The Ace Binding, The Jack Binding, and QSW pucks, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies to the original owner only and is non-transferable.
